Roofing solutions for every home

Vision Construction works closely with you to assess the condition of your roof and provide a customized solution that meets your needs.

Newer builds, historical homes, mid-century charmers, and everything in between all deserve the quality workmanship and expertise from our roofing team and our industry-standard roofing products designed to endure the elements and protect your home.

We get started on your new roof by first inspecting your old one, free of charge. This allows us to identify any anticipated repairs or parts upgrades you’ll need for your ventilation, flashing, gutters, roof decking, and more.

Using precise measurements and considering the slope and size of your roof, we’ll consult with you on replacing your roof based on your aesthetic preferences and the way your house was built.

Cedar Shake Roof

A shake is a wooden shingle made of split logs. Their rustic styling gives your home a unique look. A cedar shake roof is lasting and durable; installed properly, it will last you about 30 years and is able to withstand heavy rains, hurricanes, hail storms, and snowstorms. Cedar wood roofs also are energy-efficient and provide natural installation even greater than asphalt shingles.

Metal Roofing

Aluminum, zinc, copper, stainless steel, and galvalume are all metal roofing solutions. The metals come in different gauges, or thicknesses, and can be installed in winter, making it an ideal solution when you need a new roof, fast.

Roof Tiles and Stone-Coated Steel

Clay and concrete roof tiles are durable and can withstand high winds and hail. Because of the weight of the tiles, your home may need some reinforcement so that it is more able to support a heavier roof. However, tile roofs will last a lifetime, upward of 50 years in many cases. Stone-coated steel tiles have the same look as clay or concrete tiles, but weigh less, meaning reinforcement may not be necessary.

Impact-Resistant Shingles

These shingles, also called Class 4, protect your home from major storms that would otherwise destroy other types of shingles. Under ideal conditions, they’ll last between 30 and 50 years. An impact-resistant roof may even decrease your homeowner’s insurance premium; check with your insurance provider for more information.

Asphalt Shingle Roof

Asphalt shingles come in 3-tab or dimensional styles. You can expect either to last between 20 and 30 years if it’s vented and installed properly. In general, asphalt shingles are more affordable than other materials and are the most common type of roofing we install.
