Several people in our neighborhood were approached by local roofing companies but I never had anyone come by. A few weeks ago I was visited by Ian from Vision and he offered to check out my roof. He said it looked a little rough, offered to help me set up a claim with my insurance company and literally walk me through every step. My roof was totalled, so Ian and I sat down went through the whole process and how soon. Within 2 weeks, they came, and put a roof on in one day. They had tarps to catch the mess, they were respectful of my property (I have a pool in the back and not one thing fell in) and they cleaned up everything before they left. Since Vision had been so helpful with my parents' storm damage in a prior storm, we contacted them to assist us. Their team met with us quickly and evaluated our home for damages. They provided a very clear and accurate summary and coordinated with our insurance company. The roofing crew was very polite, professional and easy to work with. We have MANY flowers and plants around our house and yard and they went above and beyond to be as careful as possible while doing their job, something we greatly appreciated! The crew left the worksite clean at the end of each day and did a thorough job of inspecting our yard when the roof was completed. We now have a very nice looking roof, new ventilation and high quality product as well. Thank you to everyone we have been in contact with through this entire process. Javier and John helped us navigate the fine print of our insurance policy and helped us get the best value for our money. They encouraged us to upgrade to impact resistant shingles, and this lowered our insurance significantly this year. Additionally, after the January ice storm that seemed to take out half the trees in Great Bend, we had a huge branch fall on our roof. Our roof remained unscathed, protected by the high impact shingles. \nTheir installation was quick and their clean up was professional. They delivered exactly what and when they promised. A gentleman from Vision Construction came to our door and asked if we minded them going on the roof to see if we had damage. They walked us through the whole process to make a claim. They met with the adjuster. Vision did a fantastic job roofing all three buildings. They kept in very close contact and totally put us at ease through the whole process. They dealt with any questions we had and took care of any concerns. She said that he was so polite & helpful that she had him take care of her problem at a very good cost. So my mom gave him my name & he reached out to me ...no one does that anymore... Chance came over that day & looked at my roof (because it's bad) but our insurance company wants a complete background check on us because apparently it's in the fine print no one reads ... WELL READ IT BEFORE YOU SIGN ...anyway Chance gave us a great deal for a good price just gotta get the $$ first & I'll be calling him! BEST COMPANY I COULD RECOMMEND!
